Ridge Racer 7 Engine Sound Effect Noise on PS3 Slim

When I play the game without Back Ground Music, I can easily hear Engine Sound Effect Noise which is not supposed to exist, i.e. noise that comes together with engine sound effect; some sort of noise similar to radio noise when receiving signal is not strong. This is true for both Region 2 UK PAL version and Region 3 Asian version. Anyone has similar problem? What's the root cause? My System ...

Gran Turismo Prolouge or Ridge Racer 7

Which should I get. I'm getting them as the b2g1 sale. RR7 looks fun and I like arcade style racers. However the slide mechanic and generic cars seem like down points. GTP looks good, but is it a full game or not. Reviews are all across the board on this. The game looks sweet also.

I have Playstation 3, Dualshock 3, Sixaxis, controller. OS is 2.70 and all bought few months ago. My TV is Sony 52W5500 and amplifier is Onkyo TX-SR606. I can very well view a reply just after a game and I can save a reply also very well and I can see all saved replies with their all information. Also I can copy those to an other user or delete them.
