I suggest you read up on the powers of the SEC .. if SPNG does not file all current reports in the SEC time frame...

The SEC does *not* "prevent" companies from filing--in fact, reporting companies must file, or face eventual revocation.

Hmmm, those things mentioned in your quote are part of the state law. That doesn't mean the ATF will follow along since they have already notified gun dealers they aren't going to give the state law any credence anyways. Like I said, I think NRA should take a second look at backing this. I haven't been able to find my September issue yet. Did they explain why they are not behind it?...
