There's always somebody shouting "reverse split! reverse split! reverse split!" on every hot stock. Sooner or later, they're bound to be right (this being the pinks after all), but they're not right in any way that's useful to anybody. More like broken clocks and crying wolf. But it's easier than actually helping people so by all means, if this is your best, then carry on.

As with most things, a reverse split is neutral. It can be positive or negative depending on the reason it was done and the ability of the company to follow through with a plan. Nearly all pinky reverse splits are done to get current shareholders out of the way so the company can dilute the stock to a whole new group of suckers. Those are bad. BUT, let's say you have a company with 4 billion OS ...

Here is a reverse split that I played and made nice money a few weeks ago. After the r/s this went down from 50 to 6 cents stagnated there a while, then went to .006 real fast where I loaded up - a few days later, around Nov 14, it popped nicely for a 4 bagger. They were diluting the whole time but it made no difference - the stock was way oversold and went down tooo much so it popped - like TTDZ...

With an upcoming reverse split, and the majority of shares held by insiders and associates, as you state; the r/s may not be so detrimental in causing a sell-off.

vc.... I guess a Reverse Split of any type is possible. That one seems to relate to some kind of settlement agreement. One thing is, the possibility of having the TA in house and seeing who owns shares, may go a long way on what happens here. If they have enough of the shares they need, no change. If they are not getting the shares they need, maybe they Reverse Split it, who knows. They did it ...

I usually watch stocks after a reverse split come down to levels that are rediculous, like this one. That is when I load up and wait for a run. Had huge luck in the past with multibagger runs on stocks exaclty like this one - and the timing is right with TTDZ. After the reverse it goes from 40 cents to .007 in four weeks - C'MON. I've loaded the boat all the way down from .01, a little at a time....
