Interesting. It isn't really a reverse merger. Encounter.com has been the inhabitant since 1999. Just dormant. It also doen't look like they issued any additional shares over the years...unless just recently. I don't see any registration statements nor Form Ds for an exemption to registration...still looking... Pinksheets has the OS as: 34,168,264 as of Jul 27, 2009 -----[]----- State the number ...

If the reverse merger company Proremote is really going to expand and seek working capital from the equity markets, they will probably have to have a secondary offering of their stock. I would have to believe that this will cause the price of the current shares after the merger to be price at a premium of their current value. If the stock is say trading at the nickel price which is based on my ...

you're confused, they didn't execute a reverse merger, just a split with a dividend disbursement, made possible because both companies are run by the same crew, ehhhh i mean, management.

I am happy with the reverse merger. To me, my basis will be zero after the completion. I bought before the 2 for 1 dividend, which cut my cost in half. Now, with the 2 for 1 after the merger, I will basically have recouped my investment because my cost basis will be zero. How can I complain about that. In summary, I made a $440 dollar purchase, recieved a 2/1 dividend = $220 cost. After the ...

We could see a reverse merger here as well........ "It is management’s intent to seek growth by way of a merger or acquisition. It is the belief that over the next 12 months that Company will acquire at least one or more of acquisition candidates. The acquisition process should provide capital, revenue and incomes as a result." http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancial ReportById....
