The award is subject to performance-based vesting over the sixteen fiscal quarters starting in January 1, 2010. Hello All I have an offer from a Product Dev firm in Bangalore, and i'm planning to R2I. The base CTC, bonus all look ok; But I also have substantial compensation as Restricted Stock Units (RSU).
