Hi What I am looking for is a hack that shows the Average response time of specific forums that I can select. I run a medical forum and would like to show the (new) users, how fast they can expect help in our help forums. I think, this hack would be usefull for any kind of service forum. What it should do: 1) calculate the Average response time from the last 20-50 threads '(not all ...

Hi, I bought Office 2007 about a year ago on my new PC, and currently consider it a big mistake. I am a heavy and proficient excel user who does a lot of work through keyboard shortcuts. Excel 2007 has cut my work speed by at least 50%. I know this is not news to anyone, but the real issue for me is not the general UI devolution, but the fact that I can't type the keyboard shortcuts at...

Dear All, I own a Nokia N73 since last more than a year. I have the latest firmware updated in my phone. The 2 GB memory card has free space of more than 90%, and my phone memory space is free by almost 65%. Enev after closing all the applications on my phone, I have noticed that the phone responds very slowly while opening Contacts and Messages. The free RAM displayed on my phone ...

Hi there. I bought a new LCD television with a response time of 6ms. But when I got a game going the motion blur was instantly apparent, and what I would consider to be quite bad. Most of the sets I've looked at before buying this (Samsung 32") one had response times of 8ms, so I was confident I'd be happy with 6. Maybe I'm expecting too much. So how noticeable should motion blur be with 6 or ...

Hi Cody, As Gemini mentions, sending constructive feedback to Microsoft on specific issues (repro steps, Windows version etc) https://feedback.office.microsoft.com/default .aspx?productkey=office2007 Can you provide some sample scenarios where you're seeing a significant slowdown in the shortcut key use, where you're seeing keystrokes ignored? I believe (and risk or another MS person can correct me if I am wrong on this.. Response time for requests is TTFB Time To First Byte of the response Page Time is TTLB Time To Last Byte of the page content. the relationship of requests per second and users typically starts out as a linear 1:1 function, but then rps will start to reduce slope as the server gets loaded, ...

Thanks for the input. Is there anything specific you're doing when you notice slow page loads? About how long are we talking here? There is currently a known issue which should be resolved within the next few days. I'll let you know when that's done.

Cody, like you, I am a heavy Excel user. I used the trial version of Office 2007 for a few weeks. For several reasons, including the Ribbon UI, I opted to remove the trial version and revert to Office 2003. As Alias suggested, one of your options is to revert to Office 2003. Two, you may want to search this site and see if you...
