the major huuuge addon to the game is another way to respec.... cmon respecing isnt even a big deal.... did the guys working on the patch even know what kind of things diablo players wanted?

I currently have a destro pvp spec and a destro pve spec. I having been talking with some friends, and reading forums a lot lately, so I have been thinking about respeccing. I was wondering, if I were to respec one of them to afflic as opposed to destro, which is it better in pve or pvp? Just wondering if a full respec is going to come with/before/after the Other Reincarnations? Originally, it was going to be in Update 2 -- is that still the case given the delays in the others? Any (even vague) updates would be welcome.
