Hello, I am recovering from anorexia after having the illness for 8 years in which i put my body thrugh allot of torcher being underweight throughout this time at an average BMI of 15 but getting to as low as 12.5 on multiple occasions being hospitalized. I have scars on my face, not from acne, but from cuts. They have been red for about 6 months now. Whenever I lift weights, they turn bloodshot red, and then they clear up to their light red to darkish color a little while afterward. hi all, Shannon - Feeling a lot better, thanks! YES! I did get myself to the gym yesterday for my power class. It was bad, I was slightly nauseous afterwards, but I did make my 1 hour exercise an felt a lot better for it. Today is a different thing again as I have to attend a school function this evening and I'm not biking to work. I might shift todays hour to a later time...
