no regionals or community banks have shared in tarp or anything cept raising their fees for fdic ins. to pay for the big ones that did fail. no justice. now, hopefully bo will give some tarp to us. they raise our liquidity requirements, they make us pay 3 yrs fdic ins. premiums in advance to pay for the big boy failures, and they ask us to loan money left and right. boy are they screwed up. ...

We are trying to figure out weather we want to go, to two regionals this year.. This would be our first year attending two competitions, and we are trying to figure out what we are going to do.. Well... On November 28th the wife and I headed down to Phoenix and competed in the Western Regionals. What a show! 170 competitors and man was it organized. The promoter was cool and everyone treated us great. Okay. This sunday i am taking this deck to regionals, so i need to fine tune it best i can. My biggest issue is my side deck. I have a ton of trouble with that. I support the bill. I'm above the ATP mins and if I didn't have the ATP mins I would still support it. well i don't see a lot of major or regional matches posted on ICORE's page for next year yet. I enjoyed the mississippi cup and will attend that again this year. I would also like to hit the rocky mountain and southern regionals. but they ain't posted yet.. Just reading a comment on 4barsrest which made me think: Obviously it is fantastic to compete and especially to win or get in the prizes.....but all that work, time, effort and money in the balance for just 15 minutes on the stage? My team, 599, has always go to two regionals and for bonus we went to championships if we had money left over from paying all the fees. But this year we will not have a bonus for sure because of the economy.
