I was planning on doing it because it seems basic and it will be nice and quick so I can do some Post Workout Cardio.. * Barbell Curl 4x6-8 * Seated Behind Neck Press 4x6-8 * Bench Press 5x5 * Barbell Row 4x6-8 * Barbell Squat 5x5 * Deadlift 5x5 I'm gonna add some lying tricep extensions, what you think on that for cutting? PS Thanks RyKing, but I wanna try this.

Never had a problem with glasses but I do opt to wear contacts in the parks if my eyes aren't bothering me too much for them. I don't want to carry both sets of prescription glasses (reg and sunglasses) with me.
