I have all the red flags I need to see it is a scam.. I did not say I can prove its a scam, just like you can't prove it isn't..but if they let me look at the books and the dealings with those phantom companies, I may be able to.. meanwhile, thats what the SEC is doing as we speak though so just be patient. And, its looking worse and worse everyday with the deliberate nondisclosure of information...

Ladies. Do you look at a guy's red flags first, then look at the good stuff or do you look at the big picture right off the bat? I used to handle claims for Kingsway. I can tell you that the claims department is demoralized, it is staffed by people who just pay claims instead of properly adjusting them. There is a staffing problem since no one wants to go work for a company that is firing people all the time. THe company is not wage competitive so if they do hire anyone it's usually the dregs of the claims business or ...

It should have thrown Red Flags up when the CEO can't be reached or never has returned any phone calls from investors. All i want is .0015 and i'm out. Remember these penny stocks dont move up after news is released, only move up on rumors. This one did neither.
