Bought Red Alert 3 through steam about 8 days ago, and I just can't play online. When I log-in with my EA-account information, it says "this will link your verification code to your account" or something. Then I click ok and then it says "The specified code has already been used by another account". Whats wrong? Ive tried to contact EA support and they told me that the problem would be solved ...

I guess the only thing you can do is to call them again - and keep calling until the problem is resolved. Since you bought their game you should by all rights have access to online play. If they can't do this then maybe try to get your money back?
