What else could cause rectal bleeding that's not hemmorroids? It only bleeds when I have a bowel movement and it hurts too, like I possibly have an anal fissure? Sorry TMI, but I'm a little frightened by it.

For those of you suffering from ulcerative proctitis.......do you still take the rectal meds while on Remicade? My doctor didn't mention it. I was on cort enemas but when my symptoms subsided after my first infusion, I stopped them. I do inject a cort suppository every other night.
