Hey all, I recently bought Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver to play on my PC, but as an old game it has trouble working with Vista. The way War glides, climbs, swims, explores... Sure, I also see a lot of Zelda or Metroid in there. But it definitely reminds me of Soul Reaver too. Am I completely insane for thinking this and do I need to be put down with a rifle? Or does anyone else agree with me? ^_^

I know Wynne will leave if i defile the ashes to get the Reaver specialization (and the defiler trophy while I'm at it), but what if I get it before i recruit her? Will she refuse to join me, or leave later?

I went the good route with the ashes and don't have a saved game close enough worth going through all of the trouble, but does the Guardian address the Dog about anything inparticular? Plus, while I am aware of the reload trick with getting Reaver, I am still rather annoyed that you lose both Wynne and Leianna back at camp, if not outright fight them, if you defile the ashes. I played the role of the bad guy and ruined the ashes, then went outside and drank the blood from the chalice. I left there and started working on other quest and I haven't seen anything that suggest im a reaver or have the specialization. how do i become a reaver? also does it matter it I am also a bloodmage?

So my entire party turned on me and I ran like hell only to lock up my PS3. This is without a doubt the glitchiest ps3 game I own. Fun game, but frustrating.
