I recently received an error that my 8cell x60 battery was not recoverable and damaged. I went on Lenovo's site and ordered one. It stated that it would be shipped within 8 business days. No Problem. I placed the orer on 8/23 8 days passed and I went to check the status. Now it stated that it wouldbe shipped on 9/16. ok so it was backordered. no problem. I went ahead and filed a JAR on the seller. I did include both the original store name as well as the store she re-opened under so I hope that is what I was supposed to do. I will keep updating this as I get info. Thank you so much for everyone's help. This is so annoying!

I send a reminder after 2 days, if no reply I send another reminder after 4 days, on day 6, I file an UID. I've only had to do this once and it resulted in an immediate payment and good feedback from the buyer.

You should have made them fire you. There is no law that says XX miles or YY minutes is not "good cause", but XX + 1 miles or YY + 5 minutes is. I'm assuming you're talking about UI benefits? Have you filed yet?
