Hi, My '71 currently has a stock AM/FM radio, 8 track player, front speaker in the dash & 1 rear shelf speaker, with a fader switch on the radio. The speakers are 8-10 ohms. While re-assembling the car I may put a second rear shelf speaker in, as was available in '72. Both rears in parallel & the front - this will work OK? So my Harmon Kardon 6x9's *I have a 5/99 build date car* were toast... SO I send Halston a PM... He said he actually had some sitting at his house and said come on over... He even helped me install them in his drive way, it took a whole 5 min... The fitment is perfect. Also the build quality is very nice and the install kit included with speakers is top notch.....

I noticed the quality of my sound greatly diminished, so started moving the sound around. The sound from the two back door speakers is not nearly as loud or as clear as the front. I have bought two bose speaker covers for the rear deck how do I remove the old ones and replace them. there are four holes on the back of new covers but are they snap-in or screw holes? Do I have to get the whole rear deck carpeting off to do this? please show me how in detail.
