All right, so over two decades of Brunel tenancy and I've turned into a reactionary old fart. My experience of late is that Brunel Housing Officers tend to talk over me.This doesn't help. I know I can be antagonistic, but has anyone noticed a general deterioration in basic courtesy? Or have you experienced the opposite? Good experiences please?
