RME and SPNG are one and the same. It doesn't matter which "side" anyone is one, the two are so tightly entwined that it really doesn't matter. If RME broke the law, then they will pay the price. what do you figure, RME took the shares instead of SPNG because the conversion price on the shares issued to RME in the $1.75 Million financing is underwater so they took the GFGU shares instead as these are discounted below present market? The trade suspension and SEC investigation cut the market in SPNG altered their plans and RME was not about to take a loss so they took over the GFGU ...

That whole RME swindle would have been very profitable had not SPNG overplayed their in-your-face ads card. this brought all the attention on them, and with todays internet sleuths, its hard to carry on any scam when enough people get involved in exposing it. Hi, I have setup my RME raydat card with Logic pro 9 and works great! I have all linked up to desks etc etc but have run into a problem! It wont record more than 8 tracks of adat at a time! Is there something i am doing wrong or wont it do it? I have also tried seeing if its something to do with the adat being in groups so i did one stereo track on 1-2 then another on 9-10 ...

I believe RME does not have to file they have to file if they fall under the beneficial rule - if not - they don't have to file as far as I know if they don't file, imo its not a good sign for share holders 1. I believe RME does not have to file the Form 3 if it is not a 10% owner of the O/S. RME does have class B shares but I do not believe they hold a position on SPNG's board of directors, thus no form 3 requirement there either.
