I know this post is blasphemy here, but here's my problem... It seems that every time I play rfactor online (and ARCA sim racing, because it uses the Rfactor engine) I lose connection so damn much. My connection is always fine on every other game I play online, but it seems that Rfactor decides it wants to disconnect me from the internet (not just rfactor online, ALL internet). ...

Nobody can see my game on rfactor i want to make a non dedicated match but nobody can see me. And i can see others. Why is this? can i fix it ? or does it have to be dedicated.

When is rfactor 2 coming out?!!? i cant seem to find a reliable website...i have 3 different dates. My rfactor help question is. I can play national stock car (original cars that come wtih rfactor) full graphics, 1200x1024 with 58 AI and have 60 FPS, very playable, no lag or any type of freezing. then i put it up to 59 or more (max it can do is 62) and it crashes on track load at the end...

I got rFactor in September '05 about a week after it came out. I've had a HDD crash and an upgrade since then. At the risk of opening the gates to hell here, can you tell me which games are better than rFactor, and what feature in particular makes it better? I know this topic has been discussed in the past but the only thread I could find relating to it is some years old now, I've tried everything suggested in that thread and nothing has helped with my problem so I'm hoping by now someone has come across a solution (please). I love rFactor because you can drive real cars on real tracks but, in my opinion, a problem is the amount of mods available: lot of them are bad and it is a lot of work to download and test and keep the good. Of course when you know that a mod has been created by a well known mod team as Virtua_LM then you can download it and enjoy it... So I'm wondering if it is possible to create a list ...

I have a problem: I have 61 track folders into the Locations subfolder and if I add a new one I cannot see it in the list (in rFactor tracks list) Is there a limit? Thanks
