Sometimes the value gets reset to 1, but other times it stays on 0 (after i modify it) but the balloon tips continue to appear to tell me things i already know (e.g. 'you just plugged a device ...

I've also tried manually updating after deleting the contents of C> Programdata> Microsoft >eHome. Can anyone tell me how to correctly create the registry key? 1 person needs an answer I do...

By definition, a limited User is not supposed to be able to perform administrative tasks which affect all users of the computer. However, they seem to be able to do so anyway with such programs as Task Manager, Regedit, and mmc. I tried to apply deny permissions to such files to non-administrators individually or as user group. This does not accomplish anything because anyone with authority to ...

I right out, and enlarge a picture to a gigantic size. If I do this, Paint uses up to 600,000 kilobytes of memory.
