My axles showed up today from RCV Performance. Also got some Superior axles seals. I'm hoping to get them installed this weekend. I also ordered a Polyperformance Baja Basket. Medium 42x26. I am going to mount it behind the seats above the wheel wells. Jeff Here are some pics of my new front axles.

Sorry not a jeep guy but after breaking a lot of chromo dana 44 shafts in my samurai Im after a solution. My last option is a set of the RCV cv shafts they just started making for standard dana 44's and from what I have read they are very similar in size and strength to the one that have been out for the rubicon 44's. I have 08 marzocchi 66 rcv forks. I noticed that when I go from about 0 to 1 inch travel the forks click. If I back off the compression knob all the way the clicking doesn't happen as much, and if it does it happens around 2 to 3 inches of travel. I'm hoping that I could fix this by an oil change, maybe it just needs to be relubed in that compression fork. I would also like to take a look at what...

This afternoon I started installing my new front RVC Performance CV Chromoly axles. Today I got the drivers side finished. Tomorrow I will install the passenger side. The install is pretty easy. The only thing you have to modify is the knuckle. I had to clearance the inside so the boot will clear. I also installed a Superior axle seal. Jeff

Finally something on the CV shafts, just read over on pirate that they will be shipping them out. The only kuirk is......no 19 spline outter, all are going to be 30 spline. $1085 They are selling 30 spline drive flanges for and extra $200 Sooo what am I to do. I pre ordered a set a long time ago. These are done with the testing phase!!!! They are being manufactured as we speak! Orders will be going out within the next two weeks, first come first serve on the first batch... they are hot! Can someone tell me if this is true : if the visa extension got denied, you will have 30 days to leave USA ? Or the date you rcv the denial letter you'll need to leave right away like w/i 24 hours? I did search but apparently i suck at it or it doesn't exist. I want to run the new rcv axles but they only offer them in 30 spline so i need to find a set of 30 spline selectable hubs for the waggy outers i'm running? anyone know where to get them? I know i could run drive slugs but i don't want the d-shaft spinning all the time and i don't want to chew up tires with the track lock.

Cutler was bad but can the rcv get open, Cutler had to keep looking for the TE, it's time to fire this whole coaching staff. No rcvs, the oline is horrid and Cutler tries to do way to much.

This is a poorly coached team, penalty after penalty. Delay of game, poor tackling by your Supposedly best corner, playing with all #3 recevers. The last ball that almost got picked would have been on Hester also a real rcv knows how to come back to the ball. This coaching staff is lost.
