Is there a way to tell if a car has the original engine in it? We are getting conflicting information that yes there is a way and no there isn't. My sister was telling me about this advance that you can get through H & R Block of up to $1000 dollars around the holiday times. Has anyone done this? I know it is subject to eligibility requirements... like what? Their website doesn't give much information on it. How has your experince with this been?

That was the cloture vote. It defeats a filibuster, but doesn't mean the bill has actually passed. (Yet. This was the biggest hurdle, at least as far as the Senate version of the bill goes. It'll pass. But God only knows what will happen in conference committee.)
