I received my second A97642 Dooney & Bourke Commemorative All Weather Leather Letter Carrier and as soon as I opened the box, I knew it was a returned item. The packaging was extremely poor, and get this, it was missing the second strap that converts the handbag to a crossbody style! Two weeks prior I had ordered the first one in red, and when it arrived the packaging was superb and it took me ...

I'm watching Kampfer episode 6, just started the series last night, and this pops up. http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/9002/snapshot2009 1125011016.jpg The frame was even there for a couple of seconds. I can excuse some anime that have QUALITY during fast moving parts, but damn that is horrible.

Hey guys, have any of you had any problems with your Projector 39 headlights fogging up? I got mine around 6 moths ago and one side is completely hazed up, but the other is perfect. Have you had luck with Umnitza's customer service in getting them replaced or repaired? I've been waiting on them for two months (i.e. it's been two month since they agreed to replace the headlight), ...

More executions Two people were executed Tuesday in China for their part in a tainted milk scandal that killed at least six babies and sickened about 300,000 others, state-run media reported. In all, 21 people were tried and sentenced in January for their roles in the scandal, Xinhua reported. I guess I'm happy to see those responsible being held accountable, and I'm also ...

I think CGC seriously need to address it's quality control. I just received a slab today and ...well look for yourselves. I think it's time to take a break from buying until this is resolved. This is probably the 10th slab I've gotten that had a piece of *spoon* inside or the inner wells are scuffed up

In my last two submissions I have received two or three books with badly scuffed cases. These are the first problems I have had through 5 or 6 years of submissions. Is it possible for CGC to just send them back to the manufacturer for a refund as a defective case instead of using it? It is not cheap to ship a book or two insured from Canada just to get a new case.

Tim Foli, former manager of the Syracuse Chiefs, has been named the quality control coach for the Washington Nationals. I wonder what a quality control coach does. Makes sure the uniforms are spelled right? http://web.minorleaguebaseball.com/n...ontent=Twit ter

the thing is. . . . this thread is about CS/QC issues, there shouldn't be much of anything else on this thread. KWIM? No room for misinterpretation if people aren't commenting/chatting too much. It's always when we get off track that people get upset. -Share your experiences - other's should NOT be questioning you here.

OY - only back because i didn't want to leave tom hanging up there talking to himself :) i refuse to get into a childish game of name calling on a public thread, but no one needs to refer to me in the 2nd person (i.e., "the OP" or opening poster) my name is marie (hi) and I was the person who started the thread. i am a mom, a wife, a daughter, sister, a friend, a professional in ...

If the problem is with the workers QVC should have a system where the person who prepares the order enters there employee number so when something gets sent out that never should have, it gets linked back up with them. After a certain number of complaints they would be reminded if they don't do the job correctly they won't have the job. I think the problem lies with management. They probably...

I can't say that Beretta makes more 'stinkers' than anyone else. They have less than stellar (or non-existent) customer service and have for a very long time. Moving ahead, they really need to fix it-- that's why folks go to CG, Benelli, Browning, etc. rather than Beretta. Beretta does not compete well in the customer service area with any of them and it is costing them every year.
