Greetings all. Got a 2002 Q45 with 20,000 miles on it (CARFAX and DMV verified mileage). I am pretty sure the Infiniti warranty has expired, so what are some options out there for an extended warranty? Thanks in advanced.

Hi, I own a 2002 Q45 with 52,000 miles. I find it to be an excellent car, but I have a few questions for the faithful out there, I am pretty sure mine does have the peddle, TCM and ECU upgrade (ITB-02048). I have been sending e-mails back and forth for the last two days trying to locate Q45 piston rings or .060 over VG33 rings. Anybody have a line on them? Bruce at parts dinosaur has been trying to locate them for me as well.

My throttle body doesn't fit in the stock location anymore and it needs to be relocated slightly. I found a few places that sell machined flanges for the Q45 throttle body but I was curious if anyone has recommendations or possibly any flanges on hand. I need 2.

I have seen a few posts but am somewhat confused, I want to swap a stronger rear end in my 73 240z, I see that the Q45 can be swapped in. I wanted to know more about the brake options, rear end options, hubs, and years for donor car etc... Please advise. This could be a great Stickie goto for the q45 swap...

I want to add power lumbar support to the 1990-1993 Q45, But I need a little help. In the service manual and Nissan FAST there is no mention of any motors or wiring diagrams. I am about to acquire a q45 diff. Is it possible to replace the vlsd with a Helical for an s14 rear such as an OBX, s15 orquaiffe? I know the q45 uses an r200 like the s14 but I cant find a definite answer.

So I really do not want to spend a lot of money on this car. But I would like to do the front struts (left front rattles when pot hole or bumps) It is not the touring q45. There is also a small leak on the front rack and pinion (that's what mechanic said) Any advice on cheap replacements? Thanks

How reliable are these generations, any known expensive issues? All cars will be between 150-200k mi i am looking for a cheap reliable DD.. I do not mind doing minor work i have a lot of tools and decent expierence but nothing too crazy or suggest any other cheap, reliable, comfortable cars for under 3k.
