www.hundredpushups.com anyone is welcome to join in anytime! i've completed W5 pushups (low level) and W4 situps (high level) and squats (medium level) i plan to repeat W5 pushups but on medium level and move on to W5 situps and squats tomorrow!

Ive been doing some research and well apart of almost every good workout is pullups and pushups. After some hard training last year, I got where I could do about twenty pushups winded (im a smoker) However I cant do a pull up to save my life. Usually you can do both if you can do one. Is there something Im doing wrong?

www.hundredpushups.com so i'm slightly sore today! i re-did W4D3 pushups for the 3rd time and finished W3 situps and squats yesterday!!! tomorrow i'll brave W5 pushups and move on to W4 situps and squats.... how's everyone else's progress coming? did you keep up during the holidays?

So I havent worked out in years and forgot about this problem ive always had. Every time I am on my way up or down from a pushup or bench press my left elbow pops.
