pushups,pullups and dips I'm a 50 year old guy whose softball season ends in about a month. Would I be better off just doing pushups,pullups and dips in the offseason or lifting weights? I'm not strong at all but I'm a little leary of injury if I try to lift heavy. I don't lift at all during the season but do a lot of cardio....

FFS assorted Huggies/Pullups coupons I know that this is a cloth diapering group, but I'm sure some of you still use disposable wipes/diapers at times or know a friend/relative who may be able to use them.
