Alright kiddos, pullovers, how many of you do them? How many of you do them with good form? Head down, butt down. I highly recommend them as a necessary 2x week exercise. It can develop the lower pec and serratis as well as expands the rib cage. If you're not doing them then get started.

im starting WBB 1.1 later today, but dont have a cable machine to work with. for the straight arm lat pulldowns, i can just do barbell pullovers in its place, right? also with the wood chops, i have resistance bands, should i just use those instead or find another mod?

These were all on sale and the total came to $66.90. I had a card for 15% off, three $10 Kohls cash certificates and my dh had a GC with $14.70 credit for an item he had recently returned. We ended up paying only $19.23 which ...

I recently noticed when ever I do exercise like pullovers, DB overhead extension or kickbacks with cables I get a different kind of stretch and pain like a rubber band if being stretched. It's not the normal delts muscle pain. So I figured out that my rotator cuffs must be weak and maybe they are what causing the pain. So anybody got personal info on how to train them? Also should I count the set...

Try pre-exhausting your lats. If you do chest and back on the same day, do a set of pulldowns or pullups or rows or anything like that, then go immediately into the Pullovers. Your lats will be in a weakened state and your body will compensate by bringing your chest into play, considering your form is good. If you do that, you'll probably need to use a lesser weight with the pullovers, so don't ...
