I think it was Friday or Saturday there was a post about the No Pudge Brownies. I've seen several posts about them before but haven't ever given them a try. Someone posted that instead of making them with yogurt you can make them with black beans. Weird, huh?! So I love trying new things and so I went out and got some this weekend and made them. OMG...

I have never in my life had a pudge before. Now I noticed I'm getting one. My lower stomach area sticks out a little and it "pisses me off". What exercises can I do to get rid of it? How about my diet? Should I change it?
