According to a writer from SI.com, I guess http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2009/12/heyman-on-pu dge-wolf-crede.html First I've heard of this, and not a fan of it. Just watching Pudge's AB's last year showed his bat is reeeaaaly slow now days. But, his .280 OPB from last season will fit right in with "the plan". BTW, another ESPN wonderful move: "Your message body includes the forbidden...

I saw a report last night that Ivan Rodriguez might not accept arbitration because he wants to go where he might get more playing time next year. Pudge made $1.5MM in '90. Would we want to bring him back to split playing time and help Alex Avila mature? It seems like he can still play a good defensive game and is almost definitely an upgrade from Laird with the stick. Discuss.

We almost had Schniderrr Pudge > though •The Giants, Mets, and Royals have interest in free agent catcher Ivan Rodriguez, assuming he doesn't accept the Rangers' arbitration offer. Heyman says the Royals were trying to sign Brian Schneider before the Phillies signed him. This post was edited by ZeusPwnsAll on Dec 2 2009 09:13pm

What would you think of adding Pudge Rodriguez as our backup catcher to Lucroy next year. Pudge could also start and tutor Lucroy. He would be a great guy to learn from. I would much rather have Rodriguez a future hall of famer than Kendall imo. I think Rodriguez is a type B so it would cost a pick. I'm not sure if its worth it, but it's another option for the crew.

I am doing good at losing weight - lost 43.8lbs so far - but I have stomach pudge that won't seem to go away. What are the best exercises for that? I did crunches but that never seemed to work. Cardio perhaps?

Pudge would be cheaper and better for the Giants, not to mention what he would bring to the pitching staff IMO. Here are my ideas for the most senseable moves. Ive been reading that Uggla can play the OF. If thats true we should pick him up for that position. Im sure (even though Sabean has seemed to have lost his negotiation abilities) Uggla wont cost us alot. Then (if its true ...

The Rangers have offered Ivan Rodriguez arbitration, according to MLBblogs.com . Rodriguez is 38, but can still help with his bat and throw out opposing base-stealers. Jarrod Saltalamacchia is coming off shoulder surgery and Taylor Teagarden is yet to prove he can handle the role of a No. 1 catcher. http://www.rototimes.com/index.php?s...ball&type=h ome

www.mlbtraderumors.com/2009/11/mets-in-talks-for-h enry-blanco.html I guess we're going after Ivan "Don't even say Pudge as there is only one true Pudge" Rodriguez. He will fit right in with the old, cheap, one time all-star players we just signed recently. You heard it here first. Bench for 2010 C - Rodriguez 1B/OF - Kotsay 2B/SS/3B - Vizquel OF - Jones

My cat jumped on my belly this morning and I am slightly concerned, my mother and husband think it's fine as I'm still only 15 weeks and I have a good layer of pudge anyhow. Should I be more worried though? I have no pain or bleeding or anything like that. I'd feel a little silly going to the ER or something. I may call my insurance plan's ask-a-nurse. What do you ladies think? Anyone ...

if I work out 4-5 times a week doing cardio and weights. Say I want to tone up and loose some pudge. Will it work and how long before I see results? Oh and I plan to eat well too.
