I have seen alot of early predictions for best actress and they include Marion Cotillard but for Public Enemies. I haven't seen it, but judging by the fact that it was a summer blockbuster type, and Nine looks built for Oscars, do you really think she can get a nod for PE? I wont be surprised to see her get one for Nine(though i haven't seen it yet) What do you think?

Personally, Public Enemies is the first time I was really impressed by Cotillard and I think she was nom worthy, but she probably has very little chance for a nod for that. If Nine hits big she could get in there, though technically she could be nominated for both since she is lead in Nine and supporting in PE.
