So I played in someone's second playthrough before I started my own and now I have level 40 quests but like I can't go see T.k. Baraha cuz I accidently looked in his house and SPOLIERS saw him dead... and now lvl42 psychos are after me...uhhh what do I do?

on my first playthrough i somehow missed a couple of of the psychos. i don't know why but i never got a call on the cult leader or the molotov guy even though there was nothing else on the map. are some surviviors there without a marker? anyway, i don't wanna play the full story again just for that, will they appear anyway? or if i play infinity mode, do they still count for it?
