ive been trying to log in to the ps3 network with no luck. did a connection test and it says my ip address is there and connection is there but when it gets to psn it comes up failed! does this mean the server is down or do i have big problems? my internet is working cause im writing this post. help please!

It seems they are doing so to give us better features in the future and still keep the online gameplay service free. Just my opinion on it, havent read about it yet.
