I pruned my rose bushes today, this 4th day of December! I am obviously a newby too gardening and I am beside myself over the mistake I've made. I'm not even sure the type of bush I'm dealing with. Any tips for saving these poor roses would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, ROOKIE:)

I'm new to BC, and I don't know much about rose care anyway. I understand that pruned ends of canes should be painted after pruning, but I can't find the answers to the following questions: a) Should the ends be painted immediately after pruning? b) All the ends, or only the larger, older canes? c) What should I use to paint them? d) Why do they need painting anyway? What will happen if...

So...Is it true that if my skin is pruned up after being in the tub my PH is off???? Just curious. I noticed that if I have been working in the garage with sandpaper and solvents in the past few days I get pruned up.....but sometimes I just get pruned up anyways....and my wife rarely if ever gets pruned up. Anyways..just kind of thinking out loud here.

I have a few neurological disorders myself so there but for the luck of genetic die go I, and there is enough stigma without this crap showing up here. Yes I know it happens elsewhere online. I smack it down there too.

Hey guys! I'm usually over on the Brug forum, but I have a question. I ordered all these "lord baltimore" hibiscuses from Big Dipper. (I'm in Illinois BTW) Anyway, they came, with really nice stems, 1/4 inch. They're pruned down to about 1 inch off the soil. In soil in baggies. So. .what do I do with them? I have a green room. Do I wake them up? Do I try to grow them? Or am I ...

Sam has said he's circumsized. I'm sure he doesn't hate his parents for it. Take a chill pill, bud. Stick to the reason of the arguments here. Of course I don't hate my parents for it. They were ignorant and the doctors presented it to them as something there was no excuse not to do. I am told that I cried for days after, just howling like, well, someone cut a part of my penis off. Early December is a bit early for pruning in western Oregon but probably not disastrous. February is the general recommendation but I doubt you did any harm. Many people do a whack-back pruning in Fall to reduce wind damage over winter, then do their detailed pruning in spring. I just trimmed mine back a little yesterday. Gardening is very location-specific. In fact location is everything...
