trying to figure out what protein is more important to use during bulk. i can only afford one 5lb tub a month. i figured i can get by with just ON casein and eat good after i workout to get the protein i need. i usually have a shake post-workout but since i'll be bulking i thought casein would be more of a priority. that or maybe myofusion / syntha-6.
