Whats the proper name for the barbell racks you use to get the barbell on your shoulders for the squats? I really haven't even seen any in the u.k and obviously when you first start squating if the weight is low you can lift it in a "deadlift" kind of left and then get it onto your shoulders by doing an over head press but when you get over say 35-40kg that aint safe any more.
