My testosterone level about 6 months ago was 412. My prolactin was 24 which is very high. My endocrinologist sent me to do a test and my testosterone level is 478 and my prolactin is 16.8. I'm 23 male Asian if that matters. Does anyone know what is the appropriate range for someone my age range? I don't want something like 350-1100 because that is the range for people of all ages. She ...

Anyone TTC/conceived with diagnosed elevated prolactin levels? It seems this might be why DH and I are having some trouble. I just had my follow-up blood work done to make sure the levels are in fact elevated. I've done web research (NEVER smart hahaha) and I'm just looking for some advice. Anyone? Thanks in advance - I'm just starting to get nervous and frustrated.

Is it true that non aromatizing steroids other then deca and tren can raise prolactin and if so why? I thought it was mainly the aromatizing ones that did do to the raise in estrogen from them.

I just had an MRI to rule out a brain tumor. After doing my own research, I have read that Reglan can increase prolactin levels. Is anyone experinecing this problem? My husband and I are...

i thought it was interesting, and wanted to share it with those who might be interested like am. this a is a simplification, so dont read too much into it. the point is that (yes research supports it) that prolactin can only cause gyno in the presence of excess estrogen. so letro (imo the best ai) would pre-empt it. i say letro is the best ai because it has been shown to raise igf, ...

Hey everyone, I know some of this has been covered before, but not lately and not my exact questions. I am still nursing my almost 13 month old son (conceived via IVF, as I do not have a male partner). Since I'm nearly 39 (early March), and since my clinic offers a financial package I'd like to take advantage of but am only eligible for if I start my cycle*before* turning 39, ...

He put me on a compounded Test Cream of which he may change to a gel or IM ***ending on how I respond to this treatment and do a follow up in three weeks....

Hey guys, more Letrozole questions haha So I've been taking the letrozole for about 4 weeks now (more or less) at roughly 2.5mg ED. The gyno I had to begin with Im nearly positive is prolactin related. The gyno has been shrinking slow and steadily, but the last few days the tissue seems to feel "harder" or "denser", and Ive had a little bit of nipple discharge. Also, even though ...

I am trying to get my fertility back while nursing my 18 month old DD. I started taking vitamin B6 (50 mg/day) in hopes of it pushing down my prolactin a bit to help me ovulate again (I'm pretty sure I've ovulated once or twice since August, so it has happened, but not at all regularly). I've been taking it for approximately two weeks and nothing yet, but two weeks isn't very long. I'm ...
