i was farming with splitscreen because of the extra storage of my second characterand noticed that it gains proficiency without actually shooting , i always clean the areas with my hi level and collect loot with the lo level , but the lo is getting the gun proficiency raised w/o any action ... strange

Ok, so with my Hunter pistol build, my proficiency gives me like, 50% accuracy bonus. I then found a class mod that gives like 30% Team Accuracy and 70% Accuracy on the same mod. Now that mod + my proficiency gives me over 100% accuracy total. Shouldn't my pistols with a scope shoot exactly in the middle every time I fire? Curious to see how things in the school system will change by 2014. How will our students/children be able to practice for such a test if the expectations are growing by such large standards? I have been using Bison Educational Systems to help my kids pass all areas on the state proficiency test this year. Ok apparently many players use the top tier characters and use their unique abilities to further damage output/effeciency.But I find it boring to use the same generics ONLY for their better abilities.So have anyone,besides me,use their favorites regardless of how bad their aptitudes or aptitudes are,or don't care about abilities?
