Setting the mgrpBroadcasterPolicy to mgrpBroadcasterPolicy: NO_REQUIREMENTS solved my problem. Still cant understand what changed and now this attribute is required for my mailing list. It used to work without it the way i wanted for a long time. Edited by: alek386 on Sep 30, 2009 2:29 AM

in Host Settings you specify UsersOnline Time as a number of minutes. when PurgeUsersOnline job is executed, it deletes all entries in UsersOnline table, where lastActivity is more than this time lapse ago. lastActivity is updated in mmebership provider usually, whenever a page is called. we've been with DowntownHost for just over a year now. It has been nothing short of fantastic. We haven't had such solid support since the early days of Media Temple. There have been a couple hiccups due to problem users on a shared environment but anytime that arises the support has been swift and awesome. thanks you DTH -e

As a followup, if this is indeed the problem, users can try to make sure they always visit the site through the same URL, either adkforum.com or www.adkforum.com without mixing the two. Solving the problem long-term would require an admin to go into the Admin Control Panel, select vBulletin Options, pick "Cookies and HTTP Header Options", then set the "Cookie Domain" to .adkforum.com (which ...

If you have people crafting connection strings in Access, and Excel with custom Application Names, then you don't just have "problem users", in my opinion. You have openly hostile users. Get the network guys to shut off their network line. Should only cost you a bottle of scotch.

I have a problem that is starting to annoy me a lot. - I cant edit users since a lot of updates. Going to: xxx/wp-admin/users.php i only see: Members . Something similar happens when I edit a page, I can edit it, but when I save, Plunk!, Blank page. Saves the page... but i dont understand what happens.
