price of oil means nothing for now, especially for AXIS. all that means something is a deal and announcment. That will have a concession amount (%) and hopefully a reserve or estimate of how much an area has of oil, then with the price u can determine a market cap.

May have been the price of oil at discovery time..Wasn't it +- 30 dollars.. And I do believe Chevron will stay and be a key player..imo Sinopec/Chevron are getting to be pretty close..
