Hi this is my first post,I,ve just installed topaz enhance plugin into premiere. The problem is i can't find the video effects option anywhere to find this plugin.would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction to where it is.I must say i've used some complicated software before but this one takes the biscuit.

I've used Premiere Pro CS3 countless times before I got the CS4 version. It worked well. I had no problems with it whatsoever. In CS4, though, I noticed some obvious issues, like when I playback (preview) my edited video in the timeline, the screen is almost pixelated and blurred, but when I pause it, the video will go back to its clear quality. Is it only because of the rendering preview? ...

So we have a feature shot Red 4kHD, log and transferred in FCP 6.0.5 to ProResHQ 1080p 23.98. So we are ready to finish, however they are wanting to do a tape to tape type of color correct. I need some advise!! I have some footage done with a Sony HDV-ZU1. The picture looks just sharp and nice in it but once I transfer the content to my computer it looks lots darker. Any idea what I should do??? Thanks

Is it possible to make cuts on the fly in a specific video track - while playing in premiere pro cs4's time-line? I'm an Avid editor and use this method especially to edit music videos etc. Kind regards, J

I found an old version of PremPro 1.0 laying around and installed it on my Vista laptop to do some simple cuts only editing/logging while on the road. I tried to have it capture from a MiniDV camera with the firewire. It controlled the camera and I got audio/video in, but when I set it to capture, it told me that it couldn't find the inpoint. Any ideas? Thanks!

I am running Premiere Pro CS3 with a Black Magic Intensity Pro capture card.. I am having issues getting the Intensity Pro to show up as a capture device in my capture settings. When I am in my project settings under the Capture tab with the Capture format I should be able to see the Blackmagic Card in the drop down menu. All that I have showing up is DV Capture and HDV capture.

OK, so am borrowing the DSR-40P unit for a few days to get some DVCAM tapes into an edit. Firstly, is there any software driver I can download into Vista for the unit? Now, unit apparently keeps going offline, I may replace the Firewire cable as a precaution just to check. Of course, the unit isn't listed in the settings of CS4 Premiere Pro, typical! One of my cameras records to mp4 in a .MOV wrapper both to 1920 x 1080 and 1280 x 720. Adding either size file to the timeline using Premiere Pro CS4 with latest updates results in a quick BOD crash. Is Premiere just unable to handle this file configuration or am I missing something here?
