Someone kills or hurts a cop and the whole world goes apeshit. Some pregnant lady dies and you'd better have some beautiful pictures of her or else nobody cares. They can use the fetus to convict someone of a double murder, but if they kidnap the pregnant lady, no amber alert is issued for the fetus? I am 5'10" & currently 29 weeks pregnant. I find that the clothes I bought a couple months ago still fit me fine EXCEPT in terms of length. The bigger my belly gets, the shorter my shirts get. Buying a larger size doesn't help either (I tested this out). It is annoying when the band of my pregnancy jeans show. Have fun trying to enforce that law. Women usually don't even look pregnant during the first trimester which is when drinking and smoking does the most fetal damage. Are you going to administer pregnancy tests to all women of child-bearing age before allowing them to buy alcohol and tobacco?
