Hi Friends, This is something very common for pregnant ladies due to the mechanical and hormonal changes in their bodies. Yeah you can do modified core strengthening but you may or may not see improvements. have you tried giving her a pelvic support? something like a maternity belt that supports the pelvis such that it doesn't move too much. or you can use a large tubigrip too if you have one.
