I was plagued with this problem under Vista. I just upgraded to Windows 7 (Home Premium) and uninstalled the compatibility pack, downloaded it again from Microsoft, and reinstalled it. I tried doing a search and did not find my answer. Does anyone know how long after the actual unit is released do they lock the PIN of Demo and pre-release units. I'm looking to purchase a storm2 but you never know these days if its a demo or pre-release. Is there a way to know if it is a demo or pre-release?

What are the difference in the level 1 camps? Some are pre-release where inmates 'rollover' to a paying jobs and some places are work camps where they pick up litter. I know they have to work for free before rolling over to a paying job. But are some places different than others.
