1999 powerstroke torque converter noise I have a early 99 powerstroke F250. There is a noise coming from underneath the truck, I have been told it is the torque converter. Sounds like a bunch of marbles in a tin can. What is it? And does it affect the tranny?

I am working on a truck with an 89 7.3 IDI (non powerstroke). It has a banks turbo but is otherwise stock. The truck has begun to be very hard to start in the morning.
