After reading Built's blog about shoulders, I wanted to learn how to power clean. I think I got the basic idea down, but can you guys give me any particular things to watch out for? Or like common mistakes? Also this seems like a dangerous lift for my back, should i buy a belt? thanks

Can anyone provide very good explained video, for the form and techniques of these exercises. On the Power Clean I see some people jump and others saying not to jump, I just want the proper way. And for the Clean High Pull and can't really find any really good videos.

I was thinking of switching the power clean with another exercise. Is there a viable alternative that is a good mass building exercise? Thanks in advance. P.S. I already deadlift and squat.

Best for Berlin is the Clean Power plant, not Laidlaw. That is the great thing about this country, I have the freedom to express my opinion. Not even the threat of a lawsuit will deter me from doing what I believe to be in the best interest of my family and my community.
