Hello Gents, I have just moved onto SS which incorporates the power clean, started with very low weight ( 90 lbs ) just to practice my form. I've found that once ive "cleaned" and bring the bar to the front of my shoulder im finding it hard to bring my elbows up, my wrists are too rigid and I think the same is happening with my elbows. My wrist was quite sore by the end and a bit stiff...

I don't usually do more than 2 sets after warm up, and usually no more than 6 reps. My main goal is to add mass with an emphasis on gluts/ham/calf and back. monday: chest/tri/abs. close grip flat, ...

Is this still considered a power clean? I do everything the same as a power clean, but at the top I do not cock my wrists back (because it hurts). So basically I just pull the bar up as high as I can and just missing my chin.

I have sorta stalled in the power clean department. All of my other lifts are skyrocketing except for that. In football its one of the key lifts and I need it to go up. I'm stuck at about 230.. I figure it could be my technique because that's what the power clean is all about but my coach tells me my technique is right on.. What do I do???

Hang Power Clean Form Check No real aspirations of Oly lifting or full squat cleans, would just like to not suck at these and full power cleans. I'm getting a ****ty amount of hip extension on these but when I go into a more RDL position it seems like it throws my pull off? Anyways critique welcomed....
