Hey kids, need a little help. Over the weekend my drivers side controls went out for the power windows. The passenger window will roll up and down but only with the passenger controls. The drivers controls will not roll up/down either side so I am stuck with the drivers window down. My driver side window motor went out on my 240 recently, and it took me a while to find one.....now i have one and cant the the motor out of the door shell, i removed all of the bolts, i know this because the window and motor wiggles some but not enough for me to slide the window motor out does any one have any pointers, or tell me something im doing wrong

My driver's side power window will sometimes make a couple of slight audible clicks (mechanical, not a switch) during the upward travel as it raises the window. It's not a loud POP or anything.......... What is this? Motor? Regulator? Thanks, Ben

The cable in the passenger window broke of my 2000 Beetle. I replaced it with an OEM one. Now both sides will not operate using the interior door mounted switches. However if I use the key in the exterior lock, they both move up and down fine. I have voltage at the Red/white and Red/Yellow wires at the connector on the driver's side motor, but nothing on the white/gray and white/red wires. ...

well my switch is all bojank and i cant roll my window up. anybody know the wire that sends a signal to motor to roll the window up? i need to roll it up before the weather gets bad and im tryin to get money to get another switch. its a 91 s13 hatch if that helps. thanks!

Ok, so my passenger side window is being a pain. I can use the controls on either door and I get no response when trying to raise it. It will lower like a champ though. Does anyone have any ideas?

Maybe one of you car guys can help me isolate this problem. 4 door power windows. Driver's window, lock, and mirror adjust work properly. Passenger side and both rear windows and power locks don't work, either from the master driver's console, or the individual power lock on each door. Also the side mirror adjust works for the driver, but when flipped to R it fails to adjust the passenger...

Yesterday whilst out, the drivers electric window messed up. As I started to lower it there was a bang as if the window was stuck or something.. Then when I when flicked the switch to get it back up, it kept going bang, bang, bang, bang I pulled over and managed to get the window back up. Don't really need the window to work too soon, so didn't start on it yesterday....
