Okay, this morning I'm doing my back/biceps/forearms split. It's about 6:15 (been there since 5:30 so I'm on the 'back 9' at this point). Hi everyone, I've decided that I'm in the market for a power rack + bench press combo so I am less reliant on the gym and can do many exercises at home. A power cage is an excellent investment! If you intend on using it for chin ups/pull ups, get one in which the bar stretches the whole way across and doesn't have a knurled grip, as these hurt your hands. Make sure your weights have a 7ft bar as a shorter one won't fit all the way across. Olympic weights are good but you can get by with standards if they are cheaper. All mine are standard, ...
