It's really really tedious when your power armor energy goes down much faster than implants. I have Modify 3 and anything that uses energy holds up to 140 units. I don't mind having to backtrack to locate rechargers, I think that makes this game much better. But at times, it does get very agitating when you really need that +50 defense and you don't have it. So, how can I decrease the energy ...

I heard some kind of glitch that the game mistakes Winterized Power Armor from O:A with T-51b Power Armor Gotta shoot them in the head, Immediately done the gotta shoot them in the head quest. Is it true, and if it is, how to prevent it?

So I got to GNR and i cant find gunny. the guys say he's in the lab but i've looked all over and cant find him... so any specific info is helpful like first floor/2nd floor, north/south, or outside/inside. Thanks in advance

Just got to the second mission in operation anchorage, trying to get training for power armor. I was told you can get it by doing operation anchorage. I see the power armor, but I don't have it yet. Do I just keep playing? Or am I supposed to do something specific to get it.

There's no way. Either don't wear it when you don't need it or get Electron Cascade, a Tier 3 PSI power that lets you recharge any item that can be recharged (armor, implants, energy weapons).
