Tried this tonight and they went from soggy to burnt very quickly . So burnt I had to THROW THEM AWAY! I don't NEED to make sweet potato chips but just curious if anyone has found success with these....

I adore sweet potatoes. When I saw AmandaInOz 's gorgeous photo of Sweet Potato Chips , I just knew I had to try them. I need to work on getting them thinner, but they are delicious! Three different angles to choose from. #1 #2 #3 C/E always welcome!

I miss O'Grady's Au Gratin. Nothing will ever be as good as those, although Ruffles had thick cut chips out last year that were close. i try veggie chips... there are a few different good brands i found. they are crunchy and salty just like a potato chip so they definitely fulfill by potato chip cravings. i tried Mediterranean Snack Food company they were the best ones in my opinion but there are a few good options..
