Has anyone's doctor put them on Potassium Citrate for low citrate levels in the urine? Has it worked for you? I just started taking it and was wondering if anyone has had sucess with it?

I don't know if it works for me, the stone diease I have will always cause me to make stones... I have nephrocalcinosis, not just nephrolithisis. I have stones in all my calyces and medulla. But I do take it and hope it helps. if you take it on a empty stomach you find out what the saline laxative effect is... not good. I don't know how fast it works usually if I am not sick...

I am an occasional coffee drinker. I have coQ10 and take it along with Mag and Potassium citrate and taurine though sporadically so it's hard to judge the More...

Anyone know if the Crystal Light On-the-Go packets are okay for Phase 1?
