1 bottom round roast 1 can of tomato juice 1 can of water 2 cans whole small potatoes 2 large onions cut in halves salt and pepper (rub it on meat) after you sear meat on all sides in a large pot add tomato juice, water, and onions in the pot with meat , keep on low light for about 2 hours, until meat is soft. If you want to add potatoes, wait until about an hour goes by.

I think that most SmartOnes are pretty gross but this one has meat potatoes and is only 3 pts. Great for those days I'm anticipating a bigger dinner. We are STILL getting through Christmas leftovers.

YEP,,,NO HAM,, NO TURKEY.... were going back to the roots this year....im smokin a roast..with taters,,carrots,,celery,,, some swansons beef broth.. and the traditional pot-roast seasoning packet.... with a nice side dish of cabbage,,,,and some REAL potatoe.. mashed taters... now dont that sound better than a turkey? ALLTHOUGH...i think my girlfriend was expecting ...

one of the easiest things to make...I add balsamic vinegar, touch of soy sauce, some virgin olive, oil fresh herbs...thyme, basil leaves, oregano whatever you like...some garlic, ginger, seasoning to taste...spuds, carrots, onions, sometimes put lentles into mine...might add some sesame seeds...and add enough water to cover a little over everything...make mine with chicken, beef or pork...turn ...
